She quoted prices per arrangement up front, so we knew exactly what we were paying for, then was open to any changes that we wanted to make. I needed a funeral floral display. I requested flowers to be added to the plant garden they had on display. The result was spectacular. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend EC Floral.
