This place has excellent customer service. I ordered flowers for a loved one at the Mayo clinic without realizing that they can't get flowers in the ICU. The florist and delivery person both followed up with me and went the extra mile over 2 whole days to make sure that the flowers were delivered as soon as it became possible, to the rehab facility. I was so pleased with the care and effort. Also, unlike other shops, the pricing at the website is transparent. Another place offered free delivery and then asked for a $30 servi... read more
Orders the small sweetest sunrise bouquet. The arrangement was beautiful and the square mirror vase was such a nice touch with that bouquet. Ordered these for my girlfriends birthday and she completely loved them. Was late picking up my order and they were so understanding about staying open just past closing so I could pick up the bouquet that day. Awesome job Eau Claire Floral. Highly recommended
Business response:
Thank you Bryan!
Ordered a small bouquet of "just because" flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend and I couldn't have been happier with the end product! Very affordable and the flowers were gorgeous! I will definitely be ordering more soon. Thank you so much!
the person working was very standoff-ish, not great vibes. i got the ready made bouquet and then left pretty fast cuz the space didn't feel inviting. next time i need flowers i wouldn't choose to come back here.
I ordered a special cake for my daughter's 50th and what I received is nothing like the cake I ordered. The cake I thought she was getting was a white layer cake with roses, very simple and elegant and what I got was a sheet cake with loud color frosting and flowers of different loud colors. It looks like it was thrown together at the last minute and just yuck. I am soooo disappointed.
Tried to place order today , very unprofessional , spoke to me like i was interrupting the day ! very frustrating hung up and went w/another provider
They have challenges with adding up charges. I purchased a bouquet of flowers for 20.00 a vase fir 10.00 and a plant for 10.00 and was charged 50.00. I asked that question of the cashier and she insisted it was correct. In a rush on lunch break, no time to go over everything. I will not be going back.
I have purchased flowers here several times in the past. They are pretty pricey, but they are conveniently located. The past couple of times I have had extremely poor quality flowers. The first time the roses were dead and wilted within a day. This last time, I ordered some roses and picked them up all wrapped up. When I delivered them they were brown all around lower part of the petals. They were not supposed to be brown, but they were so dead and nearly decayed that this is what they looked like. They were for a spe... read more
