Had to order funeral floral arrangements for a close family friend in Duluth, GA . I was searching for a shop online from Las Vegas and came across “Duluth Flower Shop”. I decided to call and request few things to be special made. Person named Cynthia answered the phone and she was VERY HELPFUL from the beginning until the end . I've been using Duluth Flower Shop for 25+ years, they've always done a great job delivering flowers on-time for my wife for our special occasions. On a recent order, however, I put in my order for birthday flowers a week ahead of time. About 10 min later I got a call from them saying the arrangement I selected is out of stock due to the vase. I said, no problem, feel free to replace the vase with something of your choice. They did...and they delivered it...that same day. A week ahead of time! No big deal, really...but... read more

A family member was in a minor car accident and sometimes pain medication can cause nausea. I was at getfastshirt a few doors down and took a chance on finding a peppermint plant for any nausea. The young lady went in her desk and took out her own bottle of peppermint essential oil and said, "You can have this. I only used a little of it." Such kindness i will never forget. Everyone go to the Duluth Flower Shop and buy a stuffed bear, a planter, or houseplant:>) Such an example of selflessness I will pass on.

False Advertising!!! I ordered the Teleflora Sparkling Orchid (the picture on your website shows two beautiful stems in a sparkling planter) for my sister as she recovers from surgery from Duluth Flower shop. I told them not to substitute. Instead they delivered an ordinary orchid that I could have purchased from a grocery store for $20 and charged me over $80!!! Cindy and Greg are artists! They made our tropical vision for our Haiti Benefit come to life. The design was perfect because though the centerpieces had height they did not interfere with sight lines. They were kind reasonably priced and reliable. We took the tall candlesticks away because they detracted from the arrangements.
