I placed an order and chose a premium bouquet with the vase. I chose the arrangement based off of the soft, graceful array of pink blooms in the picture. It spoke comfort and tranquil vibes and it was perfect for the remembrance of a very adored loved one. I am attaching the stock photo below of said bouquet. I understand that there can/will be substitutions, however- the flower arrangement delivered did not met my desired overall presentation. Ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered to my sister and Drum's far exceeded my expectations! Ordering online was super easy and the bouquet was even more beautiful than the advertised photo. My sister loved the flowers. Wish I lived here so I could order from them for all my occasions. 100% recommend them
I'm giving 3 stars because I ordered flowers for a funeral, ordering was easy and they were delivered on time but the flowers were half wilted and dying themselves. The structure of the flowers looked good and the arrangement was amazing from a distance but for $150 the vase shouldn't have been plastic and the flowers shouldn't have been half dead.
Got some anniversary flowers for my wife and the whole experience was a pleasure, the man on the phone, I believe his name was Jamall was very helpful , could not have asked for better customer service, will definitely do business with drums again and recommend to friends and family. The flowers was fresh and beautiful. The delivery was prompt and my wife was very happy
They have beautiful arrangements! Ordered on behalf of my church and also for myself and each time very pleased. Fresh and full and delivered timely. Wish I had taken pictures.
