Placed a phone order with this florist and was blown away by the amazing customer service! They were extremely friendly, helpful, and made the whole process so easy. You just don't get this kind of genuine customer service very often anymore. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish—I’ll definitely be using them again! Highly recommend!
The flowers I ordered were the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen. I was beyond pleased. Before the order went out, I had a phone call from the florist asking me if they could make it a bit more masculine since it had a lot of pink flowers in it. I was blown away by their care and concern. So awesome! And yes! The flowers were perfect and so beautiful! I highly highly recommend Drummond’s florist to all.

Very pleased with my order from Drummond's! I placed my order on Sunday for Monday delivery. An associate called me first thing to clarify the funeral details, and let me know my first choice was not in season. Rather than canceling, she helpfully made a replacement that was beautiful.
Great people and great flowers! This was the $170 sympathy arrangement I ordered today.
