They do a wonderful job. The photo is the latest wreath they did for the USCG Blackthorn Memorial on January 28, 2025. The presenters were Southeast Regional President of the Fleet Reserve Association, Jerry Anger, Past National President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Association, Sandra Robbins. Also present was Past National President of the Fleet Reserve Association James "Robbie" Robbins.
I had Delma's do the flowers for my wedding. They were perfect and very fairly priced. Stephanie went above and beyond. She was patient, kind, and very helpful with the whole process. Highly recommend. 10/10
