The flowers sent to my aunt for her 85th birthday were absolutely gorgeous. My aunt was so very excited and loved them. Mary helped me from the first time I called and we had contact a couple more times before the flowers were delivered. She took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect and they were delivered at just the right time. Thank you so much, Mary. Five stars!!!!!
We ordered a cremation wreath for my grandmother’s funeral. I looked all around Houston for something that was beautiful and reasonably priced and everything was SO high. In addition all of the websites looked generic so it was hard to tell what was a real store and what was a scam. I live in DP and came across this florist and took a chance. The cremation wreath was absolutely beautiful. It was ready earlier than expected and my entire family was so pleased with it. I will definitely be using them again for future events
I had an excellent experience with this florist. I called looking for guidance on the most appropriate arrangement to send to a grieving family and they were incredibly knowledgeable and kind through the process. They took time to discuss several Options with me, answer all of my questions and help me choke something meaningful. What really impressed me was the personal attention they provided and sending personal pictures of the finished product.
Called Deer Park florist directly spoke with Mary, Marry was very helpful helping me pick out a spray that was delivered to the Funeral home on our behalf, since we were not arriving until the morning of the Funeral. The arrangement was as promised and again Mary was an easy to talk with (I prefer calling the actual location to place an order). One suggestion I would make is when placing an order over the phone a snapshot of the arrangement could be sent to to the customer.
Ordering from Deer Park Florist was incredibly easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was fast. Delivery was prompt as well, and the funeral floral spray was absolutely beautiful: tasteful, full, and well arranged. Highly recommend for anyone needing flowers on a tight timeline.
