AWFUL. Do not waste your money. I placed an order through 1800flowers for my best friend whose mother just passed away. The first florist they sent the order to refused it because they did not have the correct flowers in stock to make the bouquet I ordered. This place had no such objections. I am attaching photos of what I ordered vs. what I received. I think you can figure out which is which. Go to Essex Florist instead. They have some integrity. The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the picture that was given to florist. I ordered a heart pillow to put put in the coffin, the lady at the register even went in the back and checked to make sure they had heart pillows but when it got to the funeral home it was a rectangle pillow. I dont know why my order was screwed up but I will not be using this florist again.

We've been ordering flowers from here for years now and they never disappoint! I recently moved to Texas and needed to send flowers to my mother, who lives in Virginia. The website was easy to navigate and the flowers arrived the same day I ordered them.
