Extremely disappointed in the flowers I ordered for for 86 year old Mother for Valentines Day. Tried to take the responsible route and email asking to re-deliver after her attempt to pick-up was unsuccessful due to doors being locked during normal posted business hours. Had to involve my sister to go in person after multiple phone calls were unsuccessful. Not living in Clovis, I ordered online so expectation vs reality couldn't have been a bigger miss. Clovis Florals is always my first choice when ordering flowers for my loved ones. Its a breeze to place an order online. The flower arrangements are put together so beautifully and they always smell amazing! Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! The flowers were extremely fresh and arranged with great creativity. The bouquet looked elegant and exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Delivery was prompt and everything was handled smoothly. I’m very satisfied and will definitely recommend this florist.
These were the worst looking flowers I have ever ordered. The flowers weren't fresh looking. Looked like they were days old. The stems were so short they could hardly be watered. They were very unacceptable. They were for our 55th anniversary and we were not very pleased with them. What a waste of $117. My wife asked me if she could throw them away. Nice vase.
I don’t live in New Mexico, so finding a reliable florist was risky business. I’ve sent flowers twice through Clovis and both times the flowers were beautiful. The recipient raved about them.
