Extremely disappointed in the flowers I ordered for for 86 year old Mother for Valentines Day. Tried to take the responsible route and email asking to re-deliver after her attempt to pick-up was unsuccessful due to doors being locked during normal posted business hours. Had to involve my sister to go in person after multiple phone calls were unsuccessful. Not living in Clovis, I ordered online so expectation vs reality couldn't have been a bigger miss. My dad ordered my daughter a specific arrangement for her 7th Birthday that consisted of a floral bouquet, ivy, teddy bear all in a basket & the company provided the best customer service not only with creating exactly what my dad spoke with them about but also waited for us to get to our home for delivery. Not to mention everything was absolutely beautiful, fresh & healthy. All on Easter weekend.
