We called Renzo at Ciano Florist at 1:45pm and by 3pm this beauty was created and delivered to the funeral home. Talk about impeccable quality and service. We recommend them 💯 percent. Thank you again for making this delicate time a little easier to bare.
I was supposed to receive a bouquet for my birthday, but because of a snowstorm, they were unable to deliver on the planned date. I completely understand this, and was pleasantly surprised that when the flowers were delivered the next day, they came with personalized apology note and 2 packages of chocolate. I recently placed an order through Teleflora, for Dance with Me Bouquet with Red Roses (Premium), and I have to say I was extremely disappointed, frustrated and embarrassed. This was not just a Valentine’s gift but also the floral gift for my surprise engagement, as I had planned to propose to my fiancée.
