I had a great experience with them. I ordered some funeral flowers. I messed up the date and they made sure to check and confirm with the funeral home to correct that. It was very thoughtful and helpful. I was very happy with the actual delivered flowers. It was reflective of the picture online, similar to the size, types of flowers, and overall arrangement. I recently placed an order through Teleflora, for Dance with Me Bouquet with Red Roses (Premium), and I have to say I was extremely disappointed, frustrated and embarrassed. This was not just a Valentine’s gift but also the floral gift for my surprise engagement, as I had planned to propose to my fiancée. I’m very disappointed with the experience I had when contacting Ciano Florist for funeral flowers. I called to inquire if someone could come to the house to help my mother place an order for a significant arrangement (approximately \$3,000 worth) of funeral flowes. I completely understand if this isn’t a service they offer, or if no one was available—especially over a long weekend—but what was truly upsetting was the dismissive and unprofessional tone of the person who answered the phone. Ciano Florist have always been amazing! I heave purchased their items for a number of decades and I am never disappointed. The staff is even better! I purchased a wonderful Christmas flower display which was absolutely stunning! The team members always keep you informed and will call you personally! I will always go to Ciano!
The arrangement I ordered for my mom’s birthday was absolutely beautiful. My mom loved it. It was exactly like the pic online. It was delivered the next day as requested and when I called to check the status of the delivery, they were extremely polite. A wonderful and easy experience . Thanks Ciano Florist.
