I recently placed an order through Teleflora, for Dance with Me Bouquet with Red Roses (Premium), and I have to say I was extremely disappointed, frustrated and embarrassed. This was not just a Valentine’s gift but also the floral gift for my surprise engagement, as I had planned to propose to my fiancée. Not only were the flowers delivered late, but they looked nothing like the arrangement pictured on their website, as you can see in the attached photos. This florist is one of the best I’ve ever used. There was a mixed message from the hospital about floral deliveries to our daughter in law’s unit. The florist held the order for us and then completed the delivery to her upon discharge… different city! BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT! Lasted a long time. Cannot thank you enough for the brilliant customer service and support.
