My fiancé ordered this bouquet for our anniversary. Shortly after placing the order, he was informed that hydrangeas were unavailable and would be replaced with a comparable flower. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The bouquet we received looked nothing like the photo advertised — it contained very few flowers and appeared quite small, especially for the $80 price tag plus delivery. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality and value, and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I have placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered to my dear friend. The one I selected was the premium one and it was gorgeous in the photo. It was suppose to be around 29 inches tall. What my friend received, wasn't even close. The bouquet was pretty, but definitely not what was expected for the price paid. This was so important to me and it's disappointing that the bouquet was not what I ordered.
My phone call was nice. The young lady was polite, friendly and professional. The flowers were delivered as requested, and the bouquet was Beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and will definitely use them again for my flower deliveries. Thank you.
The day after my mother had surgery I went to Chester's to buy flowers for her however they didn't deliver to her area. As I was looking around I found the most beautiful white rose in a globe. I was very happy knowing that it would last a lot longer than the best arrangement I could have ordered and the price was very reasonable. My mother was very impressed with it. Mission accomplished!! Thank You Chester's!!
The bouquet of flowers that I have received on 1/21 which was my birthday and I was very happy and shocked when my husband surprised me with this bouquet for my birthday/anniversary which was the next day.
