I ordered a valentines bouquet specifically an All My Rouge Bouquet Premium on 2/3/26 for delivery on 2/13/26 . First off they were a day late with delivery . This happened last year also but I let it go thinking it could happen to anyone . So I ordered again this year and the same thing happened! I have placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered to my dear friend. The one I selected was the premium one and it was gorgeous in the photo. It was suppose to be around 29 inches tall. What my friend received, wasn't even close. The bouquet was pretty, but definitely not what was expected for the price paid. This was so important to me and it's disappointing that the bouquet was not what I ordered.
My fiancé ordered this bouquet for our anniversary. Shortly after placing the order, he was informed that hydrangeas were unavailable and would be replaced with a comparable flower. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The bouquet we received looked nothing like the photo advertised — it contained very few flowers and appeared quite small, especially for the $80 price tag plus delivery. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality and value, and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
The day after my mother had surgery I went to Chester's to buy flowers for her however they didn't deliver to her area. As I was looking around I found the most beautiful white rose in a globe. I was very happy knowing that it would last a lot longer than the best arrangement I could have ordered and the price was very reasonable. My mother was very impressed with it. Mission accomplished!! I have been buying flowers from them for a very long time. They are always very fresh and last a very long time. Delivery is always on time from friendly people.
