We were so grateful to work with this florist, who went above and beyond for our family. Planning a celebration of life from out of town can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel easy and thoughtful. My parents received the flowers in the morning for their 63rd wedding anniversary as promised. My mother said “the flowers and vase are stunning “. Great service and a great product. I would highly recommend Chester’s Flowers.
I love shopping local, but when you pay a premium for flowers, I expect sizing to be somewhat close to what the website shows. The flowers I ordered were nearly 5” shorter and narrower than the website described. For reference, I ordered the premium size.
Apparently, Chester's has a delivery problem. If you don't believe me, take a look at the reasons why they've received bad reviews. I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers on Thursday 5/7. I even asked if they could accommodate a Saturday delivery and was told no problem. Saturday arrives and I get a phone call advising of a delay. I confirmed with a phone call of today's delivery. I ordered a valentines bouquet specifically an All My Rouge Bouquet Premium on 2/3/26 for delivery on 2/13/26 . First off they were a day late with delivery . This happened last year also but I let it go thinking it could happen to anyone . So I ordered again this year and the same thing happened!
