Let me start off with how great their customer service is, the young lady that helped me on the phone was fantastic and helped me through the entire process! This is my second time ordering from them, I had gotten them to liven up our shop for Easter. I must say these set of arrangements are beautiful, their designers did an amazing job. Looking forward to getting more for the next holiday!
My cousin ordered a bouquet on my behalf for a sweet 16. I was very dissatisfied with the bouquet . It had 13 carnations and babies breathe. I was charged $87 Carnations and baby's breath does not cost that much. The bouquet should have had white carnations and light pink and dark pink carnations and baby's breath. I was given a bouquet with red carnations and white carnations I like pink. I did not ask for red carnations I will never use this flower shop again 😡
Had a wonderful experience with Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers of Austin. The staff was very professional and the arrangement they did was absolutely beautiful. We'll definitely being using their services in the future!
My experience with Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers was incredible. I have used them for a couple of years now for small flower needs and have loved everything they have done for me. There is such a fun energy about this place every time I am there. Most recently I used them for a large rehearsal need I had in March. I worked with Erica throughout the whole process and it was incredible and easy. Buyer beware, Please do better! I received flowers twice from this business in the past month- and feel really bad for the folks that spent their money here. Website does not reflect the end products. No style or design was used in the arrangements, a good florist does not need to tape their vase. Arrangements looked a bouquet from the grocery store, cut TOO SHORT and jammed into a container. Both came in tacky colored painted glass vases and the color pulled off with the tape.
