My experience with Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers was incredible. I have used them for a couple of years now for small flower needs and have loved everything they have done for me. There is such a fun energy about this place every time I am there. Most recently I used them for a large rehearsal need I had in March. I worked with Erica throughout the whole process and it was incredible and easy. Had a wonderful experience with Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers of Austin. The staff was very professional and the arrangement they did was absolutely beautiful. We'll definitely being using their services in the future!
My sister ordered me an arrangement, and I was immensely impressed with the quality and design. I have a lot of experience with floristry, and this is definitely the most beautiful and balanced arrangement I’ve received. The variety of flora and use of different types of greenery is so balanced. I will definitely keep this business in mind for any of my future florist needs
Buyer beware, Please do better! I received flowers twice from this business in the past month- and feel really bad for the folks that spent their money here. Website does not reflect the end products. No style or design was used in the arrangements, a good florist does not need to tape their vase. Arrangements looked a bouquet from the grocery store, cut TOO SHORT and jammed into a container. Both came in tacky colored painted glass vases and the color pulled off with the tape. The one with the black background is what my loved one received and the other one is what they were supposed to have delivered. I am so embarrassed that you delivered this trash to my grieving loved one. The roses are turning brown - BROWN!!!!! I ordered an extra large - this is barely a small. I contacted 1-800-FLOWERS (who I ordered the first ones through) and they are going to send my loved one some more flowers - supposedly the ones that should have been sent.
