Exceptional service and quality. Incredible. I have ordered flowers for my sister while I was located in Germany. Ordering online was a bliss and my call to verify my order was handled with absolute perfection. The courier delivering the flowers even went so far to great the recipient in German, this was a truly special touch. I have never had flowers delivered with such excellence and attention to detail. When I called to place an order for flowers for a dear friend, I explained I would usually pick up, but was unable to since I was sick. I explained to Michelle what I wanted and when the flowers arrived, they were perfect and she had placed a small box of Belgium chocolates in with the flowers, which delighted my friend.Thanks so much! If I could leave 20 stars, I would. I’ve been ordering flowers through this florist for years, rather than dealing with the large online companies. The personalized services they had provided for the past few years prompted me to have them arrange flowers for my mother’s funeral. Their kindness and thoroughness were something I would equate to the world’s finest hotels. So disappointed with what I received. This was the 75 dollar order that I was supposed to get on the left and this is what was delivered on the right. They didn’t even try to make the flowers look nice. Terrible service
