I ordered the Endless Love arrangement for my wife for Valentines "week". Seriously, one of the most beautiful arrangements I have seen. I ordered the standard size. Wow is all I can say. I always order from Carousel and have always been pleased. They are great.
Spectacular collaboration with Carousel Florist and Ferreri’s Pizza! Probably the worst florist I’ve experienced. First of all not sure why Teleflora used them since they aren’t local to our area. This is the second time they have used them. First was a couple years ago and there was an issue with that one being subpar as well. They did fix it, however reluctantly. Secondly, they seem to just make up whatever arrangement they feel like and send it. It is not all what I ordered. My son ordered a bouquet online for Valentine’s Day pickup. Needless to say, the image online vs real life were two totally different pictures. Nice staff but the arrangement turned out to look as if they just bought a bunch of flowers from Publix and threw em in a vase….
Amazing Customer Service! We reached out to Carousel to help us with a gender reveal for our family members who are active military stationed in the area, far from family. Jamie, the owner was more than accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond to make this special. Once the results were emailed to her she put together an arrangement based on the gender, which is all we asked for. She then placed the arrangement in a box that was decorated inside and out.
