I ordered 2 separate floral deliveries from afar ( I live out of country) for family members. The first delivery was an undervalued and different arrangement than pictured on the web. As seen below the arrangement was supposed to be in a basket and much larger. The second time I ordered (giving Carolyn a second chance) was even worse than the first messed up delivery and 2 days late! The colour of the arrangement was not even comparable. Arrangement was very close to the one I saw on line. My friend appreciated it very much. I appreciated it was delivered when they said it would be and was almost exactly as pictured.
I've ordered from Carolyn's at least a couple of times. The floral bouquets are always beautiful and fresh, and the free delivery is a big perk! Customer service is also fantastic. I recently called the shop when the arrangement that I wanted was unavailable for my requested delivery date on their website. I was thrilled when Carolyn's told me they could accommodate my order, and Gran was so happy with her Jumping for Joy bouquet! Thank you! ❤️
I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering flowers from this shop. I placed an order for my sister’s birthday from outside of Canada a full week in advance. I communicated by both email and text, shared inspiration photos, and clearly explained how I’d love the bouquet to look. They responded confirming they could do it, and I specifically requested (multiple times) that a picture of the bouquet be sent to me for approval before delivery. They agreed.
