I ordered 2 separate floral deliveries from afar ( I live out of country) for family members. The first delivery was an undervalued and different arrangement than pictured on the web. As seen below the arrangement was supposed to be in a basket and much larger. The second time I ordered (giving Carolyn a second chance) was even worse than the first messed up delivery and 2 days late! The colour of the arrangement was not even comparable.
