We are so very pleased with the arrangements that you all put together for my Uncle’s funeral service. We went through 1800 flowers and you all nailed everything about what we ordered. Very lovely. Thank you and we will let 1800 flowers know as well.
I have ordered from C & C flowers several times. I Live out of town, but I prefer to shop local. This is the first time and all the times I’ve used them that I was Disappointed in the actual product I feel like there were key elements in the scene from the arrangement. I also understand that it was Valentines so high volume might’ve contributed to that my delivery was also very late in the afternoon.
The flower arrangement was picked from the website...I choose the premium (the more expensive one) Teleflora Simple Sweet and the price $84.99. I made emphasis that it needed to be deliver on SATURDAY. Nov. 16th after 11am. (11am on Nov. 16th will be the grand opening). Well, the floral arrangement was delivered on 11/14/2024...and the flower arrangement was nothing like the one I choose on their website...it looks so cheap...more green then flowers...the one I choose it is all about flowers.
The flowers and balloons were not only exactly as requested, but perhaps even a bit more. Delivery was timely. Had been looking for a florist in Del Rio to purchase from directly as I have had so many lukewarm, at best, experiences relying on the internet. I had seen some work they had done in the past, and decided to give them a try. I will definitely be using them again! Totally exceeded my expectations!
They did an excellent job and delivered same day. The cube from the website wasn’t available and they texted me right away with alternatives and offered to add a few more flowers. Excellent customer service.
