I've had great customer service for all of the flowers I've sent. I would highly recommend Butts to anyone in the Dubuque area. They have even completed same-day deliveries for multiple orders! I typically order online. There was one occasion where I noticed that the charges did not hit my bank account. I called Butts and they were able to quickly sort out the issue and complete the orders. zero stars. Very disappointing - I cannot recommend them. My family ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral - they sent potted plants. something you could purchase at a grocery store for $15. We paid $100. We requested a particular color scheme, but they obviously have a different color palate than everyone else. I never write reviews, but this was so disappointing, I felt compelled. Please find another business to handle your special flower arrangements for your loved ones.
