We ordered a beautiful arrangement for a family members viewing which consisted of a square green, ceramic planter with a series of live plants. We received an Easter basket with a couple Plants a couple carnations and a plaid Easter bow on the front. Completely unacceptable … such poor taste to send something that looked like that in place of a tasteful arrangement. I wish I could give less than one star

Disappointing. Ordered through TELEFLORA who then used this shop. Did not deliver what I ordered and, in fact, not even sure what was delivered. No info on the plant but definitely not what was intended. Just some type of plant in a small cheap basket. Paid $90 through TELEFLORA. Called the shop to ask to take the plant back and refund and the woman hung up the phone. Poor business practices. Won’t use again, also won’t use TELEFLORA. Lesson learned. Order a vase of flowers and received a tin sleigh, was very disappointed. On Brenda's site the sleigh price was 55.00, she charged me 98.00 for it and I didnt ask for a sleigh. I was so embarrassed and disappointed, when I received a picture of it.
