For Mother's Day, I ordered the hanging fuchsia plant to be delivered. I placed the order rather late on Saturday, a day before Mother's Day. To my pleasure Bovan Floral Group not only accommodated my order, they excelled in their delivery by sending a wonderful lady who greeted my mother with the salutation of a family member. Bought flowers for both my grand daughters. They matched the flowers perfectly with the ribbon & bows. They did such a great job. Was very happy. Mary was the one that helped me. Would highly recommend them.
I'm new to the area and wanted to send flowers for a special occasion. Not knowing any particular florists with a good reputation in the area I searched around for a place with great reviews. Based I what I read I gave Bovan Floral Group a try. The order was easy to place and the delivery times fit perfectly with my schedule. The flowers were delivered on time. The bouquet was beautiful, the flowers were fresh and the color spectacular. I will definitely use Bovan again.
I ordered a bouquet for prom. It only came with six roses and a lot of baby’s breath. They were charging $5/rose stem ($5 x 6 = $30).So I was not sure why they charged me an extra $30 to tape them together and add a ribbon. When I ask about this, they offered to add more greenery but indicated that was the going rate for a bouquet. In the end, it was small, sad and underwhelming, especially for something that they consider to be similar to a bridal bouquet.
