Lady who answered the phone was rude and inconsiderate. She did not accept accountability for delaying delivery for 6 days. She blamed it on other individuals. Instead of offering an apology she hung up on me while I was speaking. Recipient of flowers was told to come to the shop to pick up the flowers. Delivery was paid for so this was unacceptable.
