Extremely disappointed. I ordered an arrangement specifically because of the color. The flowers that were delivered were not even remotely close to what I ordered or paid for. When I contacted the shop, I received excuse after excuse as to why the arrangement was different. It was even suggested that I have the person bring the flowers back to the shop so they could "work on the arrangement" as a resolution. Attached is the photo of what I ordered (Purple & White) and a photo of what was delivered.
Flowers looked great but the amount was horrible. The picture online looked amazing but what we actually got was about 1/3 of what we thought we would. Not a good delivery service as you can’t choose the time for the flowers to be dropped off and then if you miss the delivery you have to go pick them up yourself.
My wife loves the Thomas Kincaid village have collected them over nine years and have to be one of the first ones in town. It seems like to get it. The arrangement was beautiful and it made my wife. Very happy not ask for better florist In Cheyenne you
I love the personal service! Staff members are kind and accommodating. Delivery fee turned out to be higher than what was charged on the website ($30 for just a few miles north of town???), but they called me to explain and I was able to easily switch to pickup. My mom loved the flowers!
The service and the flowers were both impeccable. The staff was super nice there and even gave my daughter a little rose which made her light up like a Christmas tree at night. The flowers were fresh, like they were just grown and picked out the ground the minute I went to pick them up. Three days later, they're still beautiful and fragrant.
