My husband has been buying bouquets for me through Blumz for a few years now and they've always blown me away with their arrangements, but today I was really disappointed. For context, I'll be attaching 2 pictures of those most recent bouquets he's purchased and a picture of the one we received today. My daughter-in-law loved her birthday bouquet, and I was thrilled to see they took my requests for specific flowers and colors and bought them to life. Easy to order and work with, and very timely delivery. Highly recommend!
Ordered a vase over the phone. They answered all of my questions, created a beautiful arrangement to match the Pewabic vase I supplied, delivered it, and sent me a photo of the finished arrangement. Thank you to the Blumz designer who created this arrangement, it was perfect and a big hit with the recipient!
Blumz was, hands-down, our best vendor across our entire wedding process. Placing the order was wonderful. However, the person I picked the flowers up from was not so great. I simply didn’t want a particular flower in there and I ask for that flower to be replaced and it went down hill from there. The dryness was noticeable and the change of attitude was duly noted. Picked them up Tuesday evening, paid for them over the phone and trusted whoever the designer was so I went in blind but to be treated different because I wanted to switch out one flower is not acceptable.
