The worse experience I’ve ever had with a florist! Not only did you send my mother dead flowers for her birthday, but they weren’t even delivered on time. They were delivered the day after her birthday. And, I purchased the premium package! This is what I paid $119 for - 4 roses and some dead flowers?! You have got to be kidding me! Wonderful service! They worked with me and my schedule to get the delivery out ASAP and put a huge smile on the person who received the gifts. I wasn’t expecting them to deliver it so quickly after placing my order and I LOVE it! Will be shopping here again!
The customer service and communication was great. They were very kind,curtesy, and professional they didn’t have the vase I ordered however, They made sure to communicate and let me know soon after order was placed.My trainee loved her flowers.
