The worse experience I’ve ever had with a florist! Not only did you send my mother dead flowers for her birthday, but they weren’t even delivered on time. They were delivered the day after her birthday. And, I purchased the premium package! This is what I paid $119 for - 4 roses and some dead flowers?! You have got to be kidding me!
