Very disappointed with the wreath that I ordered for a friend's funeral for her granddaughter to take home. Was supposed to be a River Cane Cross as shown on the website. I placed the order in person and the sales girl stated "yes we have that". Got to the funeral home, and it was a grapevine cross that looked like "yard twigs" tied together. When I called to complain, no apologies were offered, and the only excuse was that the girl was "seasonal help and didn't know better".

I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT SHE CHANGED THE CENTERPIECE WITHOUT CONTACTING ME AND I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. HER ONLY REPLY WAS SHE COULD GO PICK THE CENTERPIECE BACK UP! I WILL NOT USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN. SHE CHEAPENED THE CENTERPIECE WITH THE CHANGE.
