I ordered a funeral arrangement from Blossom's and could not have been more pleased. The cross that was included was perfect, and the flowers around it were beautifully arranged. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day, even paid the extra 4.99 for expedited 4 hour delivery after order was placed. Got the confirmation receipt that shows the date order was placed and when the flowers would have been delivered, only to find out that a rep from the company decided to change the date for the 3rd, and when I tried canceled the order. Their customer service, told me that would be canceled and then called me 4 hours later to tell me they couldn't cancel the order because it was in route....here it i... read more

The only good thing was that the arrangement arrived on time. I purchased a basket entitled Secret Garden after viewing photos on Blossoms Flower and Gifts website. I am in Memphis and was ordering for a group of neighbors of a recently deceased lady who's funeral was in Dyersburg. None of us was able to attend. If it weren't for another friend who attended the funeral sending us a picture we would have thought that what we viewed online was what was sent. My mother-in-law Purchased a $175.00 funeral arrangement. It didn't look as advertised. It only had 17 roses. It was not any better than the $100.00 funeral arrangement. Staff was far from courteous!

I have used Blossoms before and had an excellent experience with them. This week, not so much. I called last week and ordered an arrangement and a helium balloon, when I went to pick it up some of the flowers looked a bit wilted, the water in the clear container looked murky like they had been sitting for awhile and I was told the balloon was only half inflated because they had a large order and didn't have enough helium. I refused the half blown balloon, she apologized but I was disappointed.

My friend recently moved to Dyersburg and I wanted to use a local shop to send her birthday flowers. Since I live in Pasadena, CA I decided to use the top listing on Yelp in order to pick the local florist. First, my friend's birthday was on a Sunday and they are not open.
