Terrible customer service. I did not realize that my order went to Durham, NC instead of Charlotte. The florist in Durham denied my order. Called my home phone number but did not leVe a message. The flower was for my husband's deceased sister in Charlotte. We kept looking for the flower at the service and the grave but nothing showed up. So embarrassing for the brother and sister living. I would never use this florist again.

Shame on you! I ordered a premium arrangement and the flowers you sent were the standard arrangement. A 9 rose arrangement vs the 18 I paid for. You should be embarrassed to put your card on such deception. While the arrangement was decent, it’s not what I paid for. Buyers beware.
