Updating my review to 3 stars from 1 star. I did receive my flowers a day late, and the communication was not great, but the flowers were nice and not too expensive.
I needed a last minute arrangement for a friend and saw that this florist was in my area and decided to take a chance. It was a chance well taken and I recommend Sam to anyone that needs a really beautiful arrangement for any occasion. This was a Birthday bouquet and he did it within an hour and it was one of the most beautiful bouquets with extremely fresh flowers !!!

Friends from the UK ordered a white floral arrangement of daisies, lilies and roses for us. The arrangement was very pretty when it arrived, however the roses and lilies were in full bloom and looked a bit old. The next day the roses were wilted as well as half the lilies.This was not a matter of insufficient water. The third day the daisies were also wilted. The flowers were clearly old. They advertise that they create the "finest floral arrangements" as a Teleflora contract florist, but what I received was anything but.
Received a lovely bouquet...with no name. Called the customer service number, and they said since they are a "third party" they can't tell me who sent the bouquet. Stated "It happens all the time". So, if you want recognition for actually sending the bouquet, go with a different florist. Also, he answered the phone and sounded startled that I was looking for the florist. Shady, at best.
I received a Christmas arrangement from a friend, probably through an online seller like Teleflora or 1800Flowers. I am sure my friend paid a lot for it and it was a disappointment to say the least. It arrived over a week early (Dec 7.) It was very plain (2 carnations, some wilting poms and 2 pinecones), crude and half dead a week later. I placed an online order here for a plant to be delivered for Christmas. I received an email confirmation with expected delivery date. Plant was never delivered and when I called they could not find my order. I called and emailed several times but still no help. Not sure what happened with their system, but definitely don't order online!
