Blooms & Petals I placed an order for the “Blue Horizons” arrangement to be delivered the next day. (Blue is my wife’s favorite color.) The order was $145. With a $30 Premium Upgrade. They did not have the flowers in stock for the arrangement I ordered. They did not contact me about anything. The arrangement I ordered, the picture shows 18 white roses, 6 lilies, 6 blue irises in the front and sides. This is a 360 degree arrangement and should have more on the backside. The flowers themselves are pretty but NOT what was ordered! They were supposed to be a Christmas centerpiece. Pink and purple spring like flowers with a big white thing stuck in it and a pine cone. Lame attempt at least for a Christmas centerpiece.
The owner was wonderful! She told me over the phone she would take care of me, and she did! She went above my expectations when making a bouquet for my niece’s first year at Purdue. I live out of state so when I do not use local businesses, I love to support women and black owned businesses. Highly recommended!
I purchased a premium bundle, so I obviously expected a very large and beautiful bouquet. This is what I got delivered instead. Very small arrangement and some of the flowers look like they are already dying. They were also delivered over two hours late from the time window I was told on the phone. Extremely disappointed in what I got for the money paid.
With Mother's Day around the corner, I knew I needed something truly special, and they absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked in I was met with such warmth and genuine care. The arrangements are breathtaking – the colors are vibrant, the flowers are incredibly fresh and fragrant, and the designs are unique and thoughtful.
