Blooms & Petals I placed an order for the “Blue Horizons” arrangement to be delivered the next day. (Blue is my wife’s favorite color.) The order was $145. With a $30 Premium Upgrade. They did not have the flowers in stock for the arrangement I ordered. They did not contact me about anything. The arrangement I ordered, the picture shows 18 white roses, 6 lilies, 6 blue irises in the front and sides. This is a 360 degree arrangement and should have more on the backside. With Mother's Day around the corner, I knew I needed something truly special, and they absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked in I was met with such warmth and genuine care. The arrangements are breathtaking – the colors are vibrant, the flowers are incredibly fresh and fragrant, and the designs are unique and thoughtful.
My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary. They never arrived and after multiple calls and emails that went unanswered they were delivered almost two days late looking terrible. Terrible customer service. No apologies and no one would answer the phone. The right picture is what was supposed to be delivered and the left was what was delivered two days later with no explanation.
SCAM ALERT! My grandma was in the hospital and our family got together to get her a nice bouquet of flowers that cost about $100. The flowers we ordered and thought we were getting is on the left. The flowers she received are on the right. Absolutely pathetic and nothing like the picture, probably a $9.99 grocery store bundle. No one will answer the phones. We’ve called and all it does is rings a few times and then hangs up on you.
I had ordered from this business for an anniversary gift to my wife and they turned out beautiful! She was so happy and LOVED how they looked, especially with the sunflower arrangement which is one of her favorites! The staff was also super nice and quick to respond, keeping me updated on my order progress. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for flowers and flower arrangements!
