If I could give zero stars I would! Worst experience I have ever had at any local flower shop. Saturday was my daughter’s prom and I had ordered the boutonniere and corsage to be picked up at 11 o’clock when the store opens. When my husband arrived at 11 he had to wait a whole hr before she even showed up. The box I received today for my birthday from my mother was extremely disappointing. Not only were the strawberries micro compared to what is advertised but also most were almost rotting with brown stems and mushy texture. Extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. I have to throw them out because they’re inedible and for fear of making me sick. I own a bakery myself, and would never send anything like this out for my customers. You really need to do better.

Liars, Scammers, Unsympathetic, and Unprofessional. Ordered a large specific flower arrangement ahead of time for Christmas. I even made sure for it to arrive a few days before Christmas so I wouldn't stress. I will try to keep emotion out of this review, but I'm just upset at how careless and awful this situation was.
