They deserve no stars. Do NOT bother ordering flowers through them. The work is terrible, they never answer the phone, leave flowers outside in the rain and take no accountability. Save your money. Go to your actual local florist that has been in business for YEARS. Picture below was for a FUNERAL terrible work
This gorgeous arrangement was made for me today and was delivered in record time! I told Gabriel what I wanted and he had it done exactly as I asked. Gabriel was wonderful. The flowers beautiful. The delivery quick and easy. I highly recommend Big City Flowers- Ladd B
Flowers ordered same day for birthday were delivered on time and in great conditions! Definitely recommend them for same day deliveries!
A total disappointment. I wanted to get a gift for my wife, but the delivery never happened—terrible service. I called by phone, but they never answered. Avoid this place.
This is a clear example of what I ordered vs what I got. This arrangement is so mediocre compared to what was advertised. For almost 90 bucks including shipping this “deluxe” bouquet is an eyesore. Would have given zero stars if I could.
