Gabriel takes great pride in his customer service at Big City Flowers. He restored my faith in small businesses by rectifying a horrible mistake that occurred when we ordered through Avas Flowers online. This is a clear example of what I ordered vs what I got. This arrangement is so mediocre compared to what was advertised. For almost 90 bucks including shipping this “deluxe” bouquet is an eyesore. Would have given zero stars if I could.
Ordered by phone for same day delivery and flowers were delivered in great condition and at the time promised!
