Big Apple Florist did an amazing job with my order. I did florist's choice and they did not disappoint. Unique and colorful and very fresh. It was the perfect welcome gift delivered to our friends new home. It brightened up the place before the furniture arrived too.

I came at 830 am after they were open and they said they could make me a bouquet but no one could physically ring me up until 9 am. I offered to pay in cash and the guy said “no that’s not how this works” in a rude, short tone then went about his day. It left a bad taste in my mouth at the start of my morning. Even if it’s not how it works, you don’t have to be rude to a customer and have zero effort to provide good customer service. Seems like they do a great job but sadly I will not be returning.

You did a beautiful job and I made an error in the delivery date and you corrected it quickly and easily. I have been using you for years and you never disappoint!

Ordering from Big Apple was great and so easy. My daughter was needed cheering up and these beautiful flowers did the trick ! The photo she sent me backed that up! Will definitely use them again.

So happy I found this neighborhood florist (who also does amazing events). Rich was so nice and helpful with ideas and arrangements after I walked in with pots of varying sizes. The entire staff is very friendly and they delivered my order for free (thanks, Aaron!) when I realized the gorgeous potted orchid was too large to carry home. Love all my new plants and will definitely be returning to Big Apple!
