Don't ever order anything from them, I order flowers for my sister in law but they kept telling me the address was invalid clearly they don't know what their doing, also ask for a refund said they would but never did. horrible customer service and don't know how to run a business. Don't even bother to order at all.

I stopped to get some flowers for Valentine's day. They made an arrangement right then for me and it is awesome. All I had to do was tell them the colors I wanted and what the occasion was. While I was waiting I asked if I could get some pictures and video. I'll post them alongside this review Thanks Best Yet Flowers

Placed an online order from out of state. Got a call the next day saying they had run out of poinsettias. Told them I would still like to have something delivered. We discussed the available options and I wasn't sure what exactly I would get. This was just before Christmas and the temperature was well below freezing. I ordered a birthday bouquet with a balloon The balloon never came with the bouquet. The representative on the phone even reviewed the order and read it back to me. Which included the balloon. The flowers were horrible I spent $74! The flowers were not even close to what they were supposed to be. Very disappointed. Would not use them again would not even recommend them to anyone!
