My boyfriend is on military orders and ordered flowers through this “shop” for my 30th birthday. Since they didn’t come, I told him I would stop by the place and tak to them. Online it said they were open until 9, but when I got there it looked like an abandoned building. Well they finally show up at about 6, a day late, and the arrangement is so drastically different than what is advertised. I found Belmont Florist online I purchased some flowers for my Girlfriend. I found the website to be pretty basic and straightforward. I placed my order after the cut off time for same day delivery so I expected them to go out early the next day. I contacted the florist around noon the following day to see what the expected delivery time would be. I was told that they would be delivered by 2pm. Update: I went to Ralphs grocery store and found the EXACT same arrangement,down to the same vase, for $25. BUYER BEWARE! This business is just shy of being fraud. They don't deliver what you order, when you order it. The description clearly states 18 lavender roses. I received the piddly little arrangement. And there is no storefront.
I would give them a zero if I could. This is the worst experience I've ever had trying to send my best friend flowers on her birthday. The flowers never showed. No call, nothing. I tried calling the location several times and days, unable to leave a message because the voicemail box is full. The message tells you to text to a different number. I did that, and still nothing!!! I will never use them again and absolutely DO NOT recommend!!!!
Hi so I’m not really sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but my experience with the delivery/online service was awesome! He also was very helpful over the phone. looks exactly like what I ordered as well!
