I received a Birthday arrangement a few years ago that were SO Beautiful and lasted for weeks. I made a point to keep BeauMonde Flora’s information in my phone and have used them several times since. This past Friday I sent an another arrangement to my Best Friend for her Birthday. Shout out to James who called first thing to let me know the vase I requested was discontinued. Simply the best! The picture of the flower arrangement on the website is exactly what was delivered. Also, a picture of the arrangement was sent to me by the flower shop and notification of delivery as well. Absolutely great customer service, product and communication. I only wish that they were closer to my home so I can use them always as my florist.
This is twice in the last 3 months I have used this company after a Google search needing a flower delivery to my mom’s work in Texas, while I live in North Carolina. Both times, the customer service was over the top from the phone call to the delivery! They made sure they understood what I wanted, where it needed to go, and made sure the person knew how to take care of! I love how they send pictures so you know before it gets to the recipient how beautiful and carefully arranged they are!
Katherine from BeauMonde was so so helpful! I gave her a call at 8:30 to ask for very specific flowers for an arrangement we needed ASAP, and within an hour I was back at my house with exactly what we needed. It blew us away! They have a fantastic selection, careful friendly customer service, and great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
They did a great job and flowers looked exactly to those online. Placed the order online and it went right through and delivered same day. I accidentally put in the wrong address which they went back by and redelivered them at no charge with a call from the owner. Thanks for the great service! Will use again.
