The owner is top notch. I'd give 5 stars for her. I called in like I was told to order flowers. An employee on the phone couldn't answer my questions, but I did give a list of flowers that the owner had written down for me. She said she'll call me back. She never did. I arrived to pick up and pay for my order. I was told the flowers were not ordered because I didn't pay for them. I apologized and said I didn't know. The employee stated it's policy. Had a last-minute funeral arrangement request at 4:45 PM. They close at 5 but stayed open an extra 10 minutes for me. The white lilies and carnations were pristine. That kind of kindness matters more than the flowers themselves.
