Atlantic Gardens made a gorgeous arrangement for my mom. Online ordering was so easy.
I ordered this arrangement for a family members birthday. I ordered the mid size which was $110.00 + tax of $19.65 and a delivery fee of $21.00! The arrangement that was delivered to my family members is a disgusting disappointment! It’s actually smaller than what is in the site! This was for a 60th birthday and I was hoping it would be so beautiful for her! Even the card looked like it was written by a child! Please do not order from this florist…and I use that term very loosely!!! I could not be more disappointed!! 😡
Acceptable flowers but terrible service. They did not call to inform us of delivery. They rang once and left when we didn't get to the door fast enough (people do things that keep them from running to the door). They then called to inform us of an AM delivery but I had to call at 1:50 to get them to finally come this afternoon. Do they not have the capacity to call ahead? Very inefficient and not respectful of the customer. Please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. I would have given less than one star if possible.

Stellar customer service resulted in perfect wedding bouquets! Atlantic Gardens prepared 4 bouquets for myself and the bridal party along with 4 boutonnières. The arrangements exceeded my expectations. Every flower detail I asked for was incorporated. I was able to transport these flowers almost 3 hours away, 2 days before the wedding and they stayed perfect! Thank you to the team at the Bedford Store for all their help and expertise!
