10/10 recommend. I placed an order for a different type of sympathy arrangement very very last minute, and they were able to get the order done and ready within the next 24-48 hours! I came from out of town and ended up picking up after hours and the owner had no issue coming at 10pm to give me my arrangement. They are super sweet, and very helpful! + the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL.
Florist was quick with a funeral basket “Heavenly Heights Bouquet”. They delivered it before the 4pm viewing service on the same day it was ordered! Thank to the staff for such a beautiful arrangement!
If you want customer service and good advice, all without pressure, stop in at Aroos Flowers on Main St. in Santa Ana. The shop may be a bit worn, but good customer relations never go out of style.
