What was received is not equal to the quality of what was purchased, see attached photo. I ordered $130 birthday arrangement with a balloon, and it looks worse than something I could make myself. It was delivered same day, which is the only piece of the experience I am happy with. I ordered online before business hours for the day. I paid via Paypal. I really like the ease of ordering on line since I live in the country. I didn't have to make a trip into town. My 91 yr old Aunt absolutely loved her flowers and said she thought they were the prettiest she's ever gotten. They made her very happy.
