I ordered flowers for my Grammy’s birthday without realizing my grandparents were going to be on a cruise. When I contacted the shop, they were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond by picking the arrangement back up and redelivering it after my grandparents returned home three days later. I used Anne’s Florals and Gifts for my wedding. I had a very detailed image in my head of what I wanted my floral bouquets to look like. Darleen asked very specific questions and listened to all my input. She absolutely nailed my dream floral bouquets!! She actually made them even better than I could have imagined! The team at Anne’s Florals and Gifts was wonderful with prompt communication during the whole process of planning arrangements for our daughter’s bridal shower. We conveyed our vision, but gave them creative freedom, and they delivered perfectly on the whimsical butterfly themed shower we were dreaming of. I'm not from the area so I did not know where to go to have an arrangement sent. I ended up ordering a dish garden from Anne's for my brother last night for delivery to the hospital today. He had it by 1:00 pm. My sister-in-law sent a picture of the dish garden (as I live out of state and cannot get there). It is beautiful! and big! I am so happy with Anne's Floral & Gifts.
