Lana was so amazing. I was looking for gardenia flowers for an ofrenda and they were the only shop that had it online and had same day delivery, it was going to come as a corsage (the type of flower was more important than the arrangement). I woke up to a text saying that they didn’t have gardenias. I didn’t see her text until 4-5 hrs later and I found out she had already sent a small arrangement. She didn’t even have me pay extra for it 🥺 will definitely be using their services again!
Absolutely beautiful work. I ordered a custom birthday bouquet for someone incredibly special, and not only did the arrangement turn out even better than I imagined, it felt like it had heart in it. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged — and even though I arrived earlier than my scheduled pickup, they made it happen on the spot with kindness and care. Thank you for helping me make someone’s day a little more unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back.
Anna was great in providing a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife’s birthday, which I ordered the same day. These are fresh and my wife loved them. I am very pleased with the customer service as well. Anna called me to verify the time of pick up and delivered in time.
Anna’s took great care of my request of flowers for my MIL 85th birthday. I explained that we wanted to deliver flowers ourselves but, the shutdown caused our trip to get canceled. Anna’s sent me pictures of the arrangement before sending it out for delivery! This shop is now a contact in my address book and will be used in the future! I am one extremely satisfied customer in Virginia.
