Paid for Premium… Got a Grocery Store Bouquet I ordered the premium arrangement and what showed up was honestly disappointing. The bouquet I received looked nothing like the advertised version—smaller, less full, and heavily filled with basic flowers instead of the roses and variety shown online. A friend introduced me to Angel Bloom several years ago. Everything I ordered received compliments. My most recent purchase was described as "outstanding", "exquisite" and "so beautiful". They never disappoint at Angel Bloom Florist.

Instead of ordering from a larger online company I decided to purchase directly from a local florist. I was so ready to praise the customer service as they redirected my delivery when the initial address was closed for lunch. However, once I received a photo from the recipient thanking me and sharing the basket received, I was taken back by how different it was from the arrangement purchased. They were all great nice and polite. I was there to get some floral arrangements for my husband’s funeral. They did a beautiful job. Every one loved them. Thank you for the thoughtfulness while making the arrangements.
