i placed my order online for same day delivery. in the notes section i wrote i was happy for any substitution, i just wanted a nice bouquet. i left my contact info. i received an email stating what color flowers would be sent, the bouquet was delivered as promised and it was lovely.

Don’t order flowers from here. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet for my aunt in Florida. I’m in Texas. I ordered them to be delivered on Thursday. They weren’t. I called on Friday to see why and they said they’d deliver them that day. I assume they forgot her order because when she received the flowers on Friday they looked like they were carelessly thrown into a vase with no care at all. Don't really understand the negative reviews, but I ordered today and got it within a few hours. It was packed and delivered with care, and they were able to accommodate my flower and colour request on such short notice. They're beautiful. Thank you!
