I sent both of my daughters the smile face bouquet s thanking them for all the help they have been giving me lately. Both of my daughters said their arrangements were absolutely beautiful they sent me pictures, the flowers were just what I ordered, plus they were very fresh. I will definitely use Ana's Rose N Thorn again!

I was trying to order a bouquet delivery online in Bend, OR, from a Bend flower shop, but I was ordering from the the Midwest. Ran into a road block because Google maps said it was an invalid address. It's a valid address. Called Ana's, they explained why Google had it wrong, they went to extra efforts to clarify the right delivery location, and at much better prices than their competition. I was very impressed with all their efforts.

We ordered a flower arrangement for my mother in law's birthday. The arrangement was delivered very quickly and the flowers were beautiful. However, there were a couple of typos on the card. I did double-check my spelling on the order form, and everything was correct there. Overall, I think I would use them again... maybe.

I love that Ana called to let me know the bouquet I wanted was unavailable, but that she would create it as close to my request as possible. She kept me updated throughout the entire out of state delivery process. I appreciated her professionalism! ❤️💐

The arrangement was so perfect! They were able to call when there was a slight change in the order and stayed on top of great care! My sister was so surprised and excited to find what I had sent. It is difficult living far away but this was a great price and care for a special present!
