I was very happy with the service and communication. I ordered a flower arrangement in the morning to be delivered that afternoon and Alan Cotton’s did not have the flowers as shown on website and they called me to let me know and substituted them with another color and delivered the flowers! Thank you for the communication and quick turnaround on my order.

Very Very disappointed. I was looking for a special caring gift for my dear friend / Sister. The total price was $173.75. I had asked to add also 3 Balloons, this is what she received. This floral arrangement does not look like a $170.00 arrangement . Not only I’m Disappointed I’m sad very sad that this does not represent at all what I expected when I paid, $173.75 after my detail explanation and paid for also 3 balloons she also did not received with her flowers. Great service. They delivered wonderful arrangement to a very special lady for me without the address, just telling them across from another business and color of building and roof and the owner himself delivered it. What service. They helped me make someone very happy that was having a bad day, as well as myself being 600 miles away. Oh and in less than an hour. If only every business I had to deal with was like this. Thanks
I came in to buy a small bouquet for a special person. Service was quick and thoughtful. The workers were very nice, and so was the front of store greeter! 🐈
