My friend was really pleased with the fall birthday bouquet that I had delivered. The photo she sent me of the beautiful reusable mercury glass vase and stunning flowers (posted here) was even better than what I saw in the website!
I needed to order some Get Well flowers for my mom last minute and Alameda Floral Design did an amazing job! I was so happy that I could do a same day delivery, and the flowers arrived not too late in the day. Also, the floral arrangement looked just like the picture on the website. They will definitely be my go to for future orders!
The flowers and presentation was gorgeous, and exceeded my expectations. The price was great! I received a text, photo, email, and phone call at delivery time. Best customer service I’ve ever had with a floral delivery. I just wish they were located in my own home town in Florida!
Great customer service. The arrangement sent to my dearest friend was beautiful. I loved that they hand write your messages. It adds such a personal effect to it. They also send you a email to let you know when the delivery has been completed. Would definitely use their services again.
I ordered flowers on a Sunday via their website to be delivered on Monday. I never saw any notice that flowers ordered on Sunday take 48 hrs to deliver. I thought I was getting next day delivery. My friend’s birthday flowers arrived a day late. I had to call on Monday to find out what happened. Be aware that next day delivery doesn’t apply to things ordered on a Sunday (a day they are closed)
