Ordered a glass “Baby Block” floral arrangement for a new baby. The main selling point was the glass block that spelled baby around the sides. It was advertised as an adorable display piece for years. What arrived was some flowers in a smooth square glass container that looked no different than a Pyrex container. The flowers were beautiful and very well put together. My mother loved them, unfortunately I did order a box of chocolates and they did not arrive.
Flowers didn’t come till 4 pm when time was supposed to be morning. Called and spoke with them and they then told me 2 pm. 2pm came and went and they still weren’t there. Then they told me they were still sitting at the shop. Also once they were received the flowers looked nothing like the ones ordered. Definitely a waste of money, spend your money elsewhere
DO NOT USE. We have ordered several times from 1800Flowers and they continue to use Akd despite our specifically asking them not to. Every arrangement Akd delivers looks nothing like the picture and is smaller than advertised. They have left flower arrangements out in the pouring rain when they delivered on the wrong day. Poor quality, shoddy arrangements and poor customer service is what you'll get from Akd, not what their website promises.
well i orderd an arangement and stuffed bear, ballons, and candy for my wife. what i got was flower arangement that dint look anything at all like what i orderd i tried to have the shop fix it. there solution was to go pick up flowers they deliverd wich would embaras my wife and refund me. i sugensted they exchange for what they advertised, she would not go for that idea. did i mention they failed to deliver the ballons and the candy and the stuffed animal, but they still charged me for all of it. i paid $114 for a delux ara... read more
